TeamWox is an enterprise management system designed by the company MetaQuotes Software Corp. The corporation originally developed the software in 2005 for internal use and eventually it decided to release a commercial version that can be used either on-premises or as an online service. By the year 2011 there were already 12 different modules incorporated into the software to facilitate business processeses like payment settlements, customer support, document workflow, personnel management, CRM and corporate IP telephony.

MetaQuotes Software Corp. has been in the business of designing software since 2000. Its main focus has been the creation of software for financial markets but it also moved into the collaboration software field in 2005 to facilitate coordination within the company itself. Today it is offering this same software to the public
