SelectSuite provides a talent management solution for the Education & Public Sector. The software is designed to help institutions improve recruitment, talent acquisition, resource development and retention of staff.

Who is it best for?

SelectSuite is focused on the Higher Education and Government sectors and can be used for an organization of any size. The product is available as a cloud based solution with a SaaS delivery model.

For higher education institutes such as colleges and universities SelectSuite provides support for search committee creation, candidate ranking on various user defined criteria such as experience and teaching philosophy, as well as electronic submission of reference letters and portfolios for review and consideration. In addition the solution helps to match the requirements of faculty selection committees with HR managers’ requirements relating to organizational staff policies.

In the case of the Government & Public Sector SelectSuite supports the Civil Service hiring process. This includes customized job postings and exam announcements, as well as online test & assessment results with definition of passing scores & candidate rating. The solution can build eligibility lists, support review boards and panel reviews for evaluations of prospective candidates, and finally provide for certification of job fulfillment based on government regulations & agency rules.

Main features and functionalities

The software is designed for customers that need to automate and streamline their hiring process. SelectSuite looks to manage job descriptions and categorization, and integrates job listings with major industry related job websites. There is also an application portal for candidates to search, apply and track job statuses which can be used to improve candidate communication as well as online submission of information, reviews and evaluations. SelectSuite also allows hiring pools of candidates to be created for future job requirements.

The solution has intelligent selection tools to rank, assess and compare candidates, with workflows that can be defined for candidate selection and approval. For selected candidates there is an Onboarding module to orient new employees, define initial tasks and track the initial integration process into the organization or institution.

Compliance management is supported to ensure job requirements are clearly defined so that recruitment can be more effective. In addition for managing existing staff, workflows can be defined to change job responsibilities, handle reassignments & training requirements, as well as justify & approve new positions. Additionally inbuilt metrics are available based on industry best practices to develop a complete framework for evaluating on the job performance for compensation changes.

SelectSuite also supports an audit trail that tracks the workflow and decisions related to talent acquisition, development and retention of employees for review and improvement. Finally there is a reporting module available for standard as well as ad hoc reporting analysis.
