3CX Phone System is a cloud-based VoIP software designed as an open-platform office phone system that runs on-premise on Windows or Linux. The software comes with features such as:
  • Effortless User & System Management: This feature comes with solutions in easy user management, saving countless hours of work, adding new staff, setting up voicemail and updating users in minutes, Flexible inbound/outbound rules, DIDs & ring groups, and the remote system and user management from anywhere.
  • Appliance or Virtualized: This feature comes with other sub-features such as virtualizing with VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM, Running on a low-cost Raspberry Pi or Mini PC PBX appliance, switching between servers or the cloud with built-in backup & restore, and easily scale PBX installation.
  • One Platform for all Communication: This feature comes with an Integrated browser-based video conferencing tool, connection via voice, video, instant messaging, website live chat, Facebook messaging and SMS integration, etc.
