3CX Phone System is an on-premise and cloud-based PBX system for unified communications. 3CX Phone System works with VoIP Gateways, SIP trunks, and SIP standard-based IP Phones. 3CX Phone System allows users to use their office extension from anywhere and from any device as it is supported on Android, iOS, Windows, and Mac.

In addition, the 3CX Phone System offers a free integration with WebRTC for video conferencing. The system allows the user to create any configuration as the need demands, that is, from a simple interactive voice response to a complex system with customized call flows. 3CX Phone System is a product of 3CX, which is a company based in the United States.
