Simply, we are a group of Real Estate Investors, Contractors and Handymen with several years of experience. The QEX - IRES & the other Systems were developed because we could not find a single software tool to handle our own businesses in a simple, yet integral way covering the main aspects and particular needs of the Real Estate Investing activities and Contracting in one single, integrated, software package. We all basically manage our businesses from our own homes and we all have in common the clear concept that Real Estate Investing is a very good business. We all, independently, buy properties, fix them up and sell or rent them.
