Insightly now has over 650,000 users.
The founder and CEO of the company, Anthony Smith, believes that CRM systems have become invaluable even to small businesses that just got started. Those new businesses may not survive if they cant properly engage with their ever more sophisticated customers. Insightly saw the need and proposed to serve that growing market.
