Buyers looking for IT advice can order a request of 1-200 hours of your time. Fees paid in advance and held in the Escrow Account. We notify you when your services are requested.
You deliver the services via online video-chat on ITQlick.com and mark the order as completed. After 3 days and in case no objection rasied by the buyer, we accredits your account with the fees earned minus ITQlick 15% service fees (see below).
Revenues are only made available for withdrawal after a safety clearance period of 14 days. To withdraw your revenues, you must have a USD account with PayPal.
We charge Professionals a 15% service fee for every service completed. This amount is deducted from the total amount charged to the buyer.
Services are offered on ITQlick on an hourly basis and referred to as "Services".
The services are intended for utilizing the IT community's knowledge by connecting with technology professionals in order to benefit from their first hand experience on software and IT projects.
Only registered users may buy and sell services on ITQlick. Registration is free.
IT Professionals (Sellers) should set their required hourly fee, IT advice seekers (Buyers) can sellers in a task with duration of 1-10 hours. Buyers deposit the fees in advance into the Escrow Account.
The Seller and Buyer set up a meeting or an e-meeting for accomplishing the task, as preferred.
Once the task has been completed the Seller will raise a request for receiving payment, including the release of funds held in the Escrow Account. Sellers should not request payment upfront before work has been completed.
We charge professionals a 15% service fee for every service completed. This amount is deducted from the total amount charged to the member looking for advice.
Sellers must complete their tasks and receive an approval by the Buyers for payment due to work delivered. Users will be penalized for cancellations or refunds caused by them, without just reason.
All payments for work completed must be transferred via ITQlick.com; attempts to pay outside of ITQlick will lead to sanctions not limited to immediate account suspension. Users must immediately report to ITQlick any payment offer outside of ITQlick made by their Buyer or Seller.
A Buyer is entitled to receive a refund of funds held in the Escrow Account under the following circumstances: (1) no response from the Seller for 3 business days from order time. (2) no time has been spent for 2 weeks from order date. (3) poor quality. (4) the Seller lost a Dispute.
Disputes: We encourage our buyers and sellers to try and settle conflicts amongst themselves. If for any reason this fails, users can contact ITQlick's customer support department for assistance.
ITQlick will not refund payments made for cancelled orders back to PayPal. Funds from order refunds are returned to the buyer's balance and are available for future purchases on ITQlick.
