The company also has several other core processes such as integration of technology for administrative departments such as Human Resources, recruitment, compliance, payroll, and more.

Decisely boasts affordable insurance plans and solutions tailored according to the customer requirements, whether it is healthcare plans or retirement investments. The Association-Based Healthcare plan brings together a group of small businesses who otherwise could not have been able to afford superior quality insurance plans and solutions as larger corporations. Decisely offers them to combine efforts and source healthcare in a way that is beneficial to all small businesses.

Decisely was founded in 2015 by Kevin Dunn, and it was named the “Best for the World” by B-Lab in 2019, which is the global nonprofit organization that certifies companies which are “B Corporations. It has 200 employees, and its headquarters are stationed in Alpharetta, Georgia. Decisely is the first and only organization to be certified, making them an industry leader.
