Customer and employee management capabilities offered by the software include customer information database, purchase history, commission management, and time clock management. It also offers retail accounting capabilities of general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll processing. Support is offered for external devices such as credit card scanners, electronics scales, barcode scanners, and others.

Additionally for financial management the product can be integrated with Quickbooks.

Acme POS in comparison provides a similar solution but focuses on product purchase optimization and customer pricing & promotions to maximize revenue. The product also includes a marketing module to handle customer engagement, with an option to integrate with Infusionsoft for advanced marketing automation requirements.
