ACT! Premium pricing: How much does it cost in 2023?
Act! CRM has three pricing plans starting at $18 per user per month. The different plans are Starter, Professional, and Expert. All plans offer both monthly and annual contracts.
-
Starter- Costs $18 per user per month.
-
Professional- Costs $35 per user per month.
-
Expert- Costs $65 per user per month.
Prices and Plans Compared
Act! CRM has three pricing plans, plus a self-hosted plan for on-premises functionality. Each plan has more features than the previous one, but it is also more expensive, so make sure you need more before you commit to the extra cost. Act! CRM offers a free trial for 14 days.
Act! CRM's Starter plan costs $12 per user per month billed annually and $18 per user per month billed monthly.
While the price is naturally appealing, it is worth noting that this is a very basic CRM solution.
You will lose website visitor tracking, auto-responders in email campaigns, revenue forecast reports, preset reporting dashboards, and phone support. All that to say, this plan is great for saving money, but if you're a bit more ambitious, the more expensive plans could fit you a bit better.
The Act! The professional plan costs $25 per month for annual billing and $35 per month for monthly billing.
As is frequently the case with business software, the Act! CRM is the most popular/best value among the alternatives. The price point remains extremely competitive in the general CRM market, and it provides full CRM functionality as well as some marketing features that will make business easier.
If you choose the marketing add-on, which costs an additional $199 per month, you will gain access to more advanced marketing drip campaigns, more robust reporting and analytical tools, and website visitor tracking. You still don't get a lot of customization though, as custom fields and custom dashboards are reserved for the most expensive plan.
The Expert plan costs $50 per month for annual billing and $65 per month for monthly billing.
The Expert plan form Act! CRM includes a visual sales pipeline, contact management, custom fields, reporting custom dashboards, A/B testing for email campaigns, and progressive profiling. Compared to other providers though, you don't get a lot of lead features, or any customer support options, and social media integration is limited to only Facebook and LinkedIn.
While we think Act! CRM is a good option for small businesses, Zoho CRM is better. The cheapest Zoho CRM plan is $14 per user per month, billed annually, with the most expensive plan costing $52 per user per month.
At this price point, you would think it was lacking in key features, but Zoho CRM is packed with features for sales, marketing, and customer support. Furthermore, it provides a notably simple platform that is quick to set up and has general functionality.

Act! CRM is a good investment for small businesses. The low price point, combined with strong sales and marketing features, makes it an excellent choice for those looking to save money without sacrificing too much functionality. It is not particularly simple to use, which can be a disadvantage for small businesses, but it is far from a deal breaker.
