Paylocity Advanced HR is a cloud-based HCM solution designed to help the users simplify how they perform their everyday payroll and human resource tasks. The core features include payroll, human resources, benefits administration, and talent management and more. The solution helps the user manage the full employee lifecycle as well as access reports and analytics to deliver critical insights to the business.

The benefits administration tool lets the user in enrollment by offering the employees enrollment rules, custom announcements, and eligibility groups. Talent management helps the user attract, engage and retain employees.

With time & labor, the user can maintain control of their workforce and have the ability to closely manage schedules, exceptions, time-off requests and punch in locations among others.
