What is Agile CRM?

Agile CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management software and project management software that helps users manage tasks productively with drag and drop tools and effective workflow automation. Some of its features are discussed below:
  • Drag-and-Drop Tasks: Project managers and team leads can leverage the drag-and-drop tool to sort tasks, automate workflows, organize tasks according to different parameters like due date, priority, etc., and create a central workspace for all team members.
  • View Personal Tasks: Team members can filter the noise by selecting the individual view, which shows all tasks assigned to a particular member, their status, and all the necessary information needed for productivity.
  • Sort Tasks: With this feature, project managers can filter and arrange tasks according to category— priority, due date, owner, and status. They can also use the drag-and-drop tool to move tasks to desired sections.
  • Add New Tasks: Project managers can assign new tasks to team members, set the type, due date, and category from the beginning, and ensure all team members are on the same page concerning new tasks.
  • Check Status: With the project management tool on Agile CRM, supervisors and teams can prioritize tasks, view unfinished jobs, and move tasks to the completed list when completed.
