Agile CRM is a cloud based or SaaS Customer Relationship Management that offer marketing automation, web engagement, social, mobile, live chat and sales and telephony solutions. Some of its core features include project management, marketing automation, appointment scheduling, and contact management and more.The contact management feature enables the user to record and access customer information including interaction records, contact information, lead scores and social media accounts. The integration functionality allows the user to sync data with email services such as Gmail, office 365, Microsoft Exchange and IMAP services. The marketing automation feature can let the user automate marketing workflows such as email campaigns, newsletters and video emails and more. The users monitor the website visitors to analyze the customer behaviour.
