Some major customers of the software include Quebec Ministry of Transport, Idaho Transportation Department, and North Carolina DOT etc.

Is AgileAssets the best Maintenance?

AgileAssets is ranked 27 out of 272 software in their category (Maintenance systems).

What are their main features and functionalities?

The software offers a variety of services for maintenance management and other capabilities. It helps organizations in optimizing the available resources while also removing the redundancies that result in inefficiency. It provides powerful tools for analysis that help clients arrive at best work plans and manage the required tasks in a fixed budget.

AgileAssets offers annual maintenance planning service which estimates annual maintenance needs of the company and distributes the available budget in optimized form. Other important services and benefits of the software include asset hierarchies, browser-based user interface, custom preventive maintenance, warranty information maintenance, assignment of work orders, accuracy of records, and others.

Who are their main alternatives?

FaciliWorks CMMS provides Enterprise Asset Management software which allows tracking of physical assets & inventory along with maintenance histories, service requests, purchase & spare parts supplies, personnel maintenance qualifications as well as breakdown information. The product is mobile device access ready and allows workflow definition, calibration management as well as preventative maintenance scheduling to reduce asset down time.

Then there is Sprocket CMMS which is a facility asset management solution. The product’s features include spare parts management, preventative maintenance, capital planning and budgeting, as well as trend reporting with KPIs and dashboards for effective analytics. There is also support for inspections, inventory control as well as a work management

Agile Assets on the other hand focuses on the full range of infrastructure assets including bridges & pavements, facilities, fleet & equipment, signals & signs as well as telecom asset management. Additionally the product is also mobile device ready but includes a Network Manager for visual representation of asset location, status and maintenance including spatial referencing of such things as roads, railways and even pipelines. In this regard Agile Assets can handle a much larger level of assets than either Sprocket CMMS or FaciliWorks CMMS.

Another point to consider is that Agile Assets has a unique Executive Trade-Off module that combines all asset information from development, design, maintenance, repair and reconditioning to allow for effective cost/benefit analysis to be done.

Additionally Agile Assets comes with three deployment options which include client application hosting, managed hosting or cloud hosted solutions based on the customer’s requirements. This is in comparison to both Sprocket CMMS and FaciliWorks CMMS which do not offer managed hosting solutions.
