AllMeds EHR is a cloud-based as well as an on-premise electronic health recording solution that automates some clinical and business administrative functions. This solution is primarily designed for surgical specialties, but can also support non-surgical groups. AllMeds EHR is suitable for neurosurgery, urology, orthopedic, pain management, otolaryngology, and primary care among several others.

AllMeds EHR has an integrated eRx which helps the medical providers locate ideal medications and send prescriptions to pharmacies electronically. It also stores the patient’s medical history securely and also helps access the patients-records easily. AllMeds EHR is a software product that is offered by AllMeds, a company based in the United States that was founded in 1987.

Other important capabilities of the platform include denial management, payment posting, E/M coding, patient portal, voice recognition, posting of charged from superbills, customizable charge entry screen per user, and others.
