The software offers constant monitoring of key performance indicators such as time and expense, profitability, and project performance. It features a customizable dashboard and allows data export in different formats. Graphs and tables are used for visualization of project performance. The software also offers document management and customization of project folder locations.

Time and expense management services offered by ArchiOffice include time sheet entry, unlimited time and expense notes, personal time off tracking, billable and non-billable flag, project task selection, and others. It also offers consultant fee management, project charts, tracking and drawing of workflow, and note security etc.

ArchiOffice Alternatives

ArchiOffice is project management software that addresses the specific requirements of architects & engineers. However there a number of competitors in the project management sphere that can also address similar requirements.

One of them is JobTrac which includes resource forecasting & costing, project & task scheduling as well as billing & expense management. Additionally it provides a central project repository for storage of all related project documentation including requirements, change orders, contracts and service level agreements. Currently this product is only available as an on premise solution.

In comparison ArchiOffice is available as both an on premise as well as cloud based solution, and also supports mobile device access as well. Its features include billing & receivables, project scheduling & management, time & expense management as well as reporting with dashboards. However the product also includes a free trial and there are two editions available, with one each to address different project management requirements of Architects & Engineers.

Another competitor is Project Drive which offers a free product trial and also provides both an on premise and cloud based solution. Unlike ArchiOffice it is not designed for a particular sector, but does offer two editions which are a limited feature Lite Version, and its full featured edition as well. Customers can choose the version they prefer and utilize its collaboration workspace for sharing project related information.

ArchiOffice does not currently support collaboration tools, but it does provide integration options to third party products including Quickbooks for financial management.
