What is Aspect?

Aspect is a cloud-based and on-premise workforce optimization, call center, self-service and customer engagement platform for medium-sized and large enterprises. The call center helps the user build a better relationship with their customers’ one interaction at a time.

The customer engagement platform helps the user cover the entire customer service base. The workforce management allows the user to predict the staffing requirement throughout the customer-facing outbound, inbound and back office resources in call centers.

The solution enables the user schedule voice, multi-session chat, social media, and email among other interaction channels. It generates automatic historical trends updates as well as the calculation of the shrinkage. Aspect comprises of the employee self-service portal that the user can access via the mobile app in devices such as Android and iOS.

Employees can enter trade shifts, scheduling preferences, request time off and view their schedule. The reporting and analytics help the user understand the journey of the customer from the self-service.
