Attendance on Demand is cloud based workforce management and time and attendance solution for labor management, accruals, scheduling, incident, and leave request management designed for small and midsize businesses. It helps employers schedule employee shifts and monitors the activities of employees activities. It can either be hosted in the cloud or installed on premise.

It is integrated and coordinated with the existing human resources (HR) and payroll solution. The dashboards let the payroll managers and supervisors view time and attendance issues that may arise at a glance.
