Autoreporter is a standalone cross industries software that provides a simpler and more efficient interface for generating QuickBooks reports. It does so by allowing users to access the complete library of Quickbooks standard reports. Users can also assign filters to the reports then customize and produce them on demand, or schedule them for automatic generation and delivery.

Autoreporter was developed by BQE. The company is a world leader in project management, time tracking, billing and accounting software for professional services firms. It is based in Torrance, California with offices in Australia and Europe.

Autoreporter saves time in two ways; it helps generate Quickbooks reports very fast, and once a user chooses a report and its filters and parameters, they simply tell AutoReporter to memorize it. Users can then choose when they want the report to be delivered, and how often it should be generated and delivered. Depending on user’s choice, Autoreporter can do it daily, weekly, bi-weekly, half-month, monthly, quarterly or annually. Autoreporter also lets users to e-mail HTML reports to any e-mail address, computer screen or to the default printer.

AutoReporter also has workflow automation features. This helps users to receive any QuickBooks information they need, produce reports to print, send financial reports to clients, their investors, and their bankers on a set schedule, and automatically provide information on job, payroll, profitability, customer etc.
