Avaza pricing: How much does it cost in 2024?

Avaza offers four pricing plans for its users: Free, Startup, Basic, and Business. The cost of each pricing plan is:

  • Free: The cost of the Free plan is $0 per month. 

  • Startup: The price of the Startup plan is $11.95 per month.

  • Basic: The cost of the Basic plan is $23.95 per month. 

  • Business: The cost of the Business plan is $47.95 per month.

The Free plan allows users to create five active projects with unlimited collaborators. Only a few users have access to specific features. For instance, only 1 user can have access to the expense/timesheet access and only 5 team members will have chat access. Therefore, if you have a large team that requires Back And Forth communication then opting for the Free plan might not be the right decision.

The Startup plan allows users to have unlimited collaborators and 20 active projects. The users can add more users for specific access such as expense/time tracking access by paying an additional amount. You can invite unlimited customers on Avaza with the Startup plan.

The Basic plan allows 50 unlimited projects with unlimited collaborators. The users can benefit from 20 GB of space as well. Also, it allows users to create up to 100 invoices in a month. There is no restriction on the number of customers as well. However, the users need to pay an additional amount for additional users having invoice access.

 The Business plan allows unlimited active projects and unlimited collaborators along with unlimited invoices per month. The users get 30 GB of storage along with priority chat and email customer support.

As compared to its competitors, the initial cost of Avaza is less but the cost might increase with the addition of users with specific access and rights. The users can create reports as per their requirements and even customize the reports metrics if needed. Unlike Jira or Trello, Avaza offers specific access to the users, as not all users do not have access to all features.

Which Plan Is Right for You?

Avaza is a cloud-based project management tool that allows users to make their task collaboration and communication easier and more effective. It allows users with different user roles, which is also available in other project management tools. However, in Avaza you can add a maximum of 2 users even in the Business plan. For more users, you need to pay an additional cost.

All plans offer similar features, the only restriction is on the overall number of projects. If your organization has 20, projects or even 50, then the Basic and Startup plan is the right fit. However, if you have many projects (50+) then the Business plan might be the right fit. However, when compared to the competitors, you can assign user roles to only a few users.
