Main features and functionalities

The software features predictive dialer for outbound calling campaigns and allows putting of calls on hold while playing on-hold music using IMS On-Hold Player. Other than call transfer and forwarding, it allows recording of any conversation made through the Axon agent. The web-like control panel of the software can also be accessed remotely.

Axon Virtual PBX offers digital call routing over computer networks. It also offers voicemail boxes for each extension and call conferencing. Other important capabilities include call recording, auto attendant with interactive voice response (IVR), and others.
