Base CRM includes sales management, customer management, lead tracking, reports and analytics, email automation and mobile CRM tools. The sales management features can help users to manage sales more effectively with sales tracking, sales forecasting, goals and quotas, reporting and teams and regional features. The customer management module includes contacts and accounts management, and offers a unified experience for managing all customer communication under a single contact card using customization, filters and tags.Lead tracking functionality can help users to close more deals easily with lead management, lead conversion flow, lead capture form and lead and contact clipper features. The reports and analytics modules include an insights dashboard, visual reporting, reports for managers and users, sales forecasting and call analytics features. Base CRM also includes email automation with complete email integration and building contacts with BCC and Outlook integration features.

The main competitors for Base CRM are Zoho CRM and Pipeline Deals.Zoho CRM is focused on sales force automation and its features include lead & opportunity management, territory mapping & sales forecasting, as well as marketing automation. The product is based on workflow automation and supports integration with leading social networks for customer engagement. Additionally Zoho CRM includes major account management which groups multiple contacts in one business together for better analysis & follow-up. The product is cloud based and supports mobile device access as well.
Base CRM on the other hand is a scalable CRM solution that can address any size of business. Its focus however is mainly on lead development along with customer & sales management. While it does not include customer support, it does provide telephony integration to allow sales agents to communicate with clients directly from the application.
PipelineDeals however focuses more on the development of a successful pipeline for lead conversion. In additional to core customer management features the product also provides activity tracking and deal management to unify all information for opportunity closure. The product also provides a collaboration platform for sales team engagement & sharing, as well as allows definition of key sales goals & targets for performance evaluation. PipelineDeals includes an open API for third party software integration as well.
While BaseCRM does not fully support these features, it does provide a Mobile CRM.
