The customer management module includes contacts and accounts management, and offers a unified experience for managing all customer communication under a single contact card using customization, filters and tags.

Lead tracking functionality can help users to close more deals easily with lead management, lead conversion flow, lead capture form and lead and contact clipper features. The reports and analytics modules include an insights dashboard, visual reporting, reports for managers and users, sales forecasting and call analytics features. Base CRM also includes email automation with complete email integration and building contacts with BCC and Outlook integration features.

PipelineDeals however focuses more on the development of a successful pipeline for lead conversion.
