Other features include workflow automation, document management and executive dashboards & analytic tools for performance tracking.

BigContacts is also available as a web based solution with similar core features to OnContact CRM. However it includes tools for appointments & meetings scheduling, task management, as well as integrated email for communications that can be tracked by customer. If required the product also provides integration to Outlook & Google Apps for these features, and offers Skype connectivity for video calls with customers.

Then there is Zoho CRM which in addition to core customer management features, can handle multiple channels such as voice, email, chat and social media to interact with clients. Additionally options include APIs for integration to other customer applications, or alternatively an Apps market where tools can be chosen to add functionality to the product.
