Mapp vs. Alternatives in 2023

Mapp cloud is not alone in the race of AI-based marketing tools. However, the competition is close; therefore, it is better to compare to help you make the right decision.
  • Functionality: Active campaign is one of the biggest competitors of Mapp cloud. It offers the users various marketing & CRM features, including email marketing, customer relationship management automation, predictive actions, and recommendations. It also offers users the freedom to integrate with other applications. The unique interface with easy-to-use drag and drop interfaces makes Active Campaign a popular choice amongst customers. On the other hand, Mapp cloud also offers a similar feature set, but the overall dashboard is not as interactive as Active Campaign. HubSpot marketing offers features such as email marketing, CRM and insights, automated emails, and funnels. These features and continuous upgrades, along with a higher customer base, set HubSpot in a higher position than the Mapp cloud. However, Mapp cloud takes a boutique approach where they take on limited customers for better focus. Another name in the race of marketing tools is Jungle Mail. Integrated into SharePoint architecture, it offers all the marketing features offered by Mapp cloud with newsletter customization. For example, it stops sending newsletters if there are no new updates. Mapp cloud does not have this feature.
  • Pricing: The professional plan of Active Campaign costs around $79.50 per month. There are cheaper plans also available but again they do not offer wide-range of features. Whereas the pricing of HubSpot for professional account is around $800 per month. However, cost of Jungle Mail is $1499 per license. The price of all three tools is higher than Mapp cloud.
  • Popularity: Both Active Campaign, Jungle Mail and HubSpot are one of the most used marketing and CRM tools. They hold a high market share. However, Mapp cloud is relatively new in the market, therefore, it is still in the process of building its customer base.
