The software allows users to create orders & invoices, record purchases & expenses, and manage all their inventories. In addition, it generates actionable, concise analysis of businesses with over 30 reports and can be used to generate fully customizable estimates.Some key features of BookKeeper are an insightful dashboard, inbuilt check printing, warehousing & barcoding, and e-commerce integration. The software is a product of Avanquest®, a computer software company with a workforce of over 250 employees. The company was founded in 1984 and is headquartered in La Garenne Columbes, France.

The lite plan is priced at $4.16 per month, works on 1 device, and comes with features such as purchase & expense recording, 2 invoice templates, and 10 financial reports.The pro plan is priced at $5 per month and works on up to 5 devices, and it includes all features on the lite plan, 6 invoice templates, 35 financial reports, and accounts & inventory reports. Alternatively, both plans are discounted when billed annually, with the lite plan costing $50 per year and the pro plan $60 per year. Meanwhile, BookKeeper perpetual license can be bought with a one-time fee of $200 per device. Additional devices cost $75 each.
