Main features and functionalities

BrightMove is feature-rich staffing software that sources information from over a thousand resume databases. It can display comprehensive and detailed candidate profiles. Even better, these candidate profiles integrate social media, enabling a more convenient way to look at someone professional progression through the details they share on social media. It also features drag-and-drop analytics, calendar view, custom workflows, and a detailed search function with a “search by” feature.

BrightMove is a web-based software so you do not have to worry about the operating system of the device you are using. There is also no need to worry about updating or patching the software. For BrightMove Staffing and Corporate Recruiting, with a minimum of five users for each plan priced per user, Basic pricing starts at $125/month, Advanced pricing starts at $225/month, and Enterprise pricing starts at $299/month. BrightMove for PEO pricing is undisclosed.

BrightMove RPO supports a pricing-per-user model and a minimum of five users. Basic pricing starts at $225/month; Advanced pricing starts at $499/month; Enterprise pricing starts at $599/month. All plans are billed annually, a free trial is available, but there is no free version.
