The schedule templates part comes with creating and modifying templates, creating schedules based on due date, start date and duration, schedule on predefined work days and schedule around holidays.

The contacts management part can help users to create one central contact list for company where users can search for contacts by specific criteria, add new contacts quickly, export and import contacts and keep notes on any contact. The job list part offers seeing all jobs in one view, changing or viewing job status and customizable display features. The document management part supports uploading unlimited files, viewing and searching them in one place, securely sharing files and tracking access to files.
