It offers inventory management services of automated ordering, back orders, vendor catalog importing, inventory reorder alerts, serial number assignment, and inventory tracking. Inventory, sales, and purchase reports can be created and exported.

BusinessMind features retail accounting services of accounts payable and receivable, check writing, payroll processing, and purchase order management. Support is offered for all major platforms and databases such as MySQL and Oracle. Other important capabilities include accounting integration, appraisal management, marketing management, POS integration, repair tracking, and supplier management etc.

Its core features include financial management, inventory control, supply chain management and CRM. Additionally for retail & wholesalers it can support counter estimates & sales, billing & invoicing, exchange offers, along with integrated manufacturing control for jewelry makers. There is also support for dashboards to monitor multi-store operations, customer loyalty schemes as well as mobile integration for SMS marketing.

In comparison BusinessMind also provides a similar solution for these markets, but includes website integration for online jewelry inventory display as well. Additionally its inventory control module can handle RFID tagging and barcodes as well as jewelry assembly based on multiple components.
