The software offers separate account for each employee from where he or she can request time off. The requests are then automatically sent to managers for approval. It generates email notifications in case of approval or rejection of time-off requests.

Employees also have access to a shared time-off calendar where they can check the availability of their co-workers. Other important capabilities include employee time clock, calendar management, overtime tracking, self-service portal, and others.
