The software incorporates multiple functionalities that include inventory management, CRM, HR/payroll, order management, financial management, and field service management and more.

The system integrates with the existing organizational workflows and business process to help streamline everyday operations. CentralBOS software is an invention of CentralBOS Company which was established in 2014 in the US.

It allows for third-party integrations with field service management, electronic data interchange, e-commerce and shipping carriers. Moreover, the software offers customer training through documentation, live online, and In-Person sessions.
