ChainDrive is a software product for point of sale (POS) services and retail management designed for businesses selling products and services. The features of the tool are POS, customer relationship management (CRM), mobile assistant, operations management, product management, warehouse management, merchandising, price management, ecommerce gateway and web order fulfillment, planning, budgeting, analytics, accounting, mobile marketing and wholesale management. This is a Windows-based product which can be deployed on the client's premise or on a client server.

ChainDrive is a product of Multidev Technologies. The company was established in 1997. Its head office is in Montreal, Canada.

Additionally it provides options for payroll, product manufacturing as well as rentals, but currently does not support mobile devices.

ChainDrive on the other hand also handles retail management but has its own CRM to manage and develop customers. Its additional features include merchandise planning, pricing matrixes, sales budgeting as well as integrated web stores for online shopping order fulfillment.
