Chaos Intellect is a cloud-based and on-premise business email and CRM contact management software designed to share data across the network of the user, organize their telephone book, and appoint calendars & tasks. The software comes with features such as;
  • Prioritization of Email Messages: This feature helps end-users look for messages with URLs in the sender column in their inbox. These are communications from persons on your contact list, easily distinguishable from the rest of the clutter!
  • Email and Message Template: Intellect provides e-mail merges with message templates that have been developed by end-users, making it simple to be personal without putting in a lot of effort! Create an entire series of messages that will be delivered at regular intervals.
  • Shared Data on Network: Even in real-time or at the same moment! End-users can share just a portion of the data, such as a shared contact list, or all of it, including the email (ideal for info@, support@, or sales@ your company email domain).
  • Memory Stick/Flash Drive: This feature allows end-users to use their flash drive to access data on a guest computer without leaving any visible traces on the system. Sending and receiving email messages is included in this! The flash drive version may then be synchronized with your primary computer, allowing any changes and updates you make to your data in one location to be shared with both!
  • Appointment and Task Histories: There are additional tabs for Appointments and Tasks in the contact details to show your chronological history, such as any notes you took on those days about those events.
