It offers various features such as a receipt, donor database, event management, grant management, campaign management, pledge management, volunteer management, donation tracking, gift management, in-kind donations, matching donations, mobile donations, online donations, recurring donations, email interaction, and analytics.

In addition, users can track mailings, touchpoints, and volunteer efforts with Charityproud. Its most prominent feature is that it allows batch donation entry and automatically bills the donors monthly, quarterly, yearly, or on a custom schedule. Users can also update their credit card information and track matching gifts and soft credits straight from their constituent records. Charityproud is a product of Alboddo Technology, LLC.
