Cherwell Service Management is a cloud-based IT asset & service management, HR Service, project, facilities and security solution designed to offer teams in organizations the ability to automate, implement, and upgrade service as well as support processes.

The solution core features include change management, IT service desk and configuration management and more. It supports the process customization to let departments’ custom accordingly to suit their native workflow processes.

It also offers the users different ITIL verified processes including problem, request, and incident and event management. The solution also allows the users to leverage the ITIL service transition processes such as change configuration, deployment and release management. The solution offers IT self-service portal that helps automate and streamline request fulfillment and consolidate different independent portal in a single platform.

The dashboard allows users to eliminate drawbacks, spot trends, and comply with service delivery guidelines. Some of the supported operating system(s) include Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and MAC OS among others.
