What is Chronicle Online?

Chronicle Online is a cloud based workforce, time and attendance management solution that caters to midsize businesses and large enterprises. Some of its core features include biometric recognition, HR, employee self service attendance, individual and team scheduling, self servicing, and reporting tools among others.

The time and attendance feature enable the user to flag lateness, record worked hours, manage overtime, highlight no shows, live data, and deduct lunch breaks. Scheduling enables the user to plan and roster time shifts, match requirements to staffing levels as well as complete visibility of who is on and off site in real time.

Dashboard and reporting suite comprises of payroll data, fire reporting, and lateness worked hours against plan and overtime analysis. HR helps tackle the core HR issues and personal issues for small and medium sized companies. Smart Phone Clocking enables remote or mobile employees to clock in and clock out, change activity or change cost center, as well as start and end break remotely. Developed by Chronicle Computing Ltd based in the UK, Chronicle online support is via phone and chat. The supported operating system is a Web browser (OS agnostic).
