CollectiveFleet provides a comprehensive fleet maintenance management system that works well with transportation industry fleets and includes support for warranties, employee certifications, vehicle & equipment assignment, as well as accidents & claims.

The solution supports fleet right sizing for identification & management of over or under utilized vehicles. This allows for better vehicle & equipment management to extend their life while also reducing operational costs. In addition information about fuel, location, inventory and repair history is all unified along with pre & post trip inspections. Finally DOT & OSHA inspections are easily managed in the software.

The Solution helps Utilities companies by allowing them to manage in addition to vehicles such things as substations & electrical equipment as well as ensures that all necessary licenses & certifications are maintained. In addition Construction companies can utilize CollectiveFleet to manage heavy equipment with support for upfitting & disassembly, resource allocation, job site costing & equipment component tracking.

For public sector fleets the focus is on improved efficiency with greater accountability while controlling spending and meeting budgets. This is achieved through inspections, certifications, replacement budgeting, asset depreciation as well as maintenance scheduling.

There is an optional CRM module that can be used by companies providing repair and maintenance services for fleets so that they can effectively manage, validate, and report on services provided to each of their customers.
