Paskr Project vs. Alternatives in 2023

Some of the key competitors for Paskr are Viewpoint Vista and Procore.

Viewpoint Vista addresses the needs of the construction sector and can be deployed in the cloud or on premise. The product supports workflows and includes a collaboration platform for project teams and customers. Some of its key features include accounting, job estimation and project management. Additionally Viewpoint Vista provides human resources and customer service for after sales support as well. There is also support for mobility solutions as well a documentation management system for construction related information.

Paskr on the other hand is a cloud based solution which provides many similar features to Viewpoint Vista. However it key differentiators are contract management which include templates for use to finalize project bids, as well as electronic signature & approvals for agreements. Additionally the product can handle sub-contractors for complex projects, budget management, and provides a repository of best practices for project management to reduce risks as well as support auditing to ensure compliance.

Another similar cloud based solution is Procore which supports auctions & competitive bidding processes for projects. Additionally it has open APIs which allow integration too many different applications such as Sage 300 for financial accounting unlike Paskr. One other point is that while it also provides a documentation system, this includes storage of construction diagrams & schematics with annotation features to cover change requests.

Paskr however does not support most of these features although it does allow third party application integration. Additionally it provides an artificial intelligence system which learns processes and provides documentation & information to project team members based on predictive analysis.
