It is available as a cloud based solution and its features include opportunity management as well as lead nurturing to develop prospects, along with account tracking to store all key customer information. Additionally it includes all the main call center features for both inbound & outbound call management with integration to lead management to ensure targeted calling to potential prospects.

Velocify provides a similar type of solution for sales automation with most call management features also included.
