Although Solidworks has all the features necessary for the ERP needs of the organization, every business has different needs. Hence, to make the right choice comparing and analyzing various tools is necessary. The three tough competitors of Solidworks are SAP ERP, Oracle NetSuite, and Dynamic 365 ERP.

• Functionality: SAP ERP is an adaptable and easy-to-use cloud-based ERP solution for organizations. SAP ERP offers features that are essential for the ERP aspect of any business. These features include module-wise integration, accounting, and financial management, fixed asset management, financial reporting, and analysis, controlling assets, sales and customer management, supply chain management, and business intelligence features for powerful data visualizations and insights. Although it offers similar features as Solidworks, SAP ERP has an interactive user interface with highly visualized graphs.
  
  Oracle NetSuite is one of the most trusted names in ERP systems. It is also a cloud-based ERP management software with complete security offered by Oracle. Furthermore, Oracle NetSuite offers financial process management, enhanced business processing, supply chain management, resource organization, daily tasks automation, eCommerce module, and customization. In addition, Oracle NetSuite offers eCommerce support and customization, which gives it an edge over Solidworks.
  
  Dynamic 365 ERP is a cloud-based ERP software. Dynamic 365 ERP is a product by Microsoft; hence, you get vast features and integrations with other Microsoft products. It offers all the necessary features such as added workspaces, supply chain management, analytics and reporting, task flows and tracking, fraud protection, and customer insights. It also offers a feature for a virtual agent, which is not available in Solidworks.
• Pricing: The price of Solidworks has not been provided by the official vendor. However, the price of other tools is available. SAP ERP costs around $94 per user per month. Oracle NetSuite costs around $499 per month. The price of dynamic 365 ERP is around $95 per user per month. You can get other products and Microsoft products in the same setup by paying an additional price.
• Ease of Use: Solidworks has a straightforward design. However, it is not as interactive as the other ERP tools. In addition, with changes in the customer requirements and needs, Solidworks needs a major UI update. SAP ERP, Oracle NetSuite, and dynamic 365 ERP have an interactive user interface with highly visualized graphs and reports.
