Talentsquare vs. Alternatives in 2023

TrackerRMS provides a cloud based solution for recruitment. Its features include LinkedIn integration for candidate search, candidate portals for job applications, candidate management through the selection process, mobile access of the application as well as dashboards & KPIs to track recruitment performance.

In comparison Talentsquare provides an applicant tracking system together with a job promotion feature that accesses numerous online job boards & social networks to expand the pool of candidates to be contacted. Talentsquare also provides collaboration tools for recruiters, external sourcing companies and HR managers to work together to obtain the best talent for a given requirement. These features are not currently available in Tracker RMS.

Additionally TrackerRMS provides pricing packages based on functions such as sales, project, support or enterprise. While Talentsquare offers its base product for free, and only charges its customers for advanced features such as social media and job board advertising. Customers can choose one or both options based on their requirements.

Then there is BirdDog Recruitment software which offers a company branded career page for prospective employees to search and apply for open positions. It also offers an option for integrated video interviewing which is not available with Talentsquare.

There is also an unlimited amount of postings allowed to job boards & social networks as well as business referral networks as well. Finally BirdDog provides an option to do background checks on potential candidates, as well as provides a Source Assist option to assist customers to optimize their job listings and outreach so as to get the best talent. Currently Talentsquare does not address these areas.
