TimeClick vs. Alternatives in 2024

TimeForce provides both time & attendance solutions as well as time clocks. Their time & attendance software is a cloud based solution that allows utilization of multiple time recording mechanisms including biometric readers, mobile authentication, portable time clocks as well as online check in. Additionally customers can handle job costing and advanced scheduling as well as easily export to numerous third party payroll systems.

TimeClick’s software in addition to these features also handles time accruals for overtime, vacation, sick leave as well as absences which TimeForce does not include. However TimeClick does not provide its own time clock portfolio like TimeForce and its clock in/out feature is limited to online access via a computer.

However TimeClick does offer a free trial and includes a 30 day money back guarantee on its software which is not provided by TimeForce.

Then there is Zeus time & attendance which offers features that include workflow management for absence and work scheduling, as well as attendance time planning for project activities & performance review. There is also a unique web presence indicator which can show in real time the actual attendance or absence of employees and their impact on running project work. Additionally Zeus also provides its own portfolio of time registration devices, as well as allows check in via the internet for remote employees.

Yet TimeClick does provide multiple licensing options which can scale from small to large enterprises and is based on the number of computers, but allows management of multiple employees. If companies wish to utilize the software on a small scale to try its operations, a Lite license is available for one computer to manage just 4 employees.
