Contraxx is a contract management software designed to assist contractors in automatically managing contracts lifecycle using an Extractor-AI. Contraxx reduces the contract lifecycle by aiding contract request and creation process, tracking contract information, and assessing risks in the review process. Users can utilize this software to improve transparency in their negotiation process, identify bottlenecks through provided insights, and evaluate contracts documentation.

Some of the software features are; amendment tracking, risk assessment, document repository, and counterpart company management. Contraxx was founded in 1986 by Ecteon Inc. It is a United States-based company situated in New York City and has a workforce size of about 11-50. Ecteon Inc won the award for the 2020 Top 30 Admired Companies to Watch.
