What is D4COST?

D4COST is a cloud-based Construction Estimating software that allows builders to validate initial construction costs and feasibility and conduct valuation studies. It also enables Appraisers to manage conceptual estimating through a library of real completed building projects. These features allow Building Firms and contractors to improve their subsequent estimates using data from past projects.

The software highlight features include E-Z Database Searches, Multiple Project Averaging, Custom Data Templates, and unit cost calculators.
