DEACOM ERP Software is an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system for process manufacturing industries. It includes numerous accounting, production, sales, maintenance, POS, purchasing, WMS, formula management, labor tracking, regulatory reporting, CM, BI, inventory and direct store delivery. It runs on MS SQL server and on-premise. Their ERP is based on a philosophy to make things simple yet powerful.

Deacom was founded 1995 by Jay Deakins. It is based in Pennsylvania, USA and is made up of 40 workers devoting time and expertise to software development for manufacturing companies.

Main features and functionalities

DEACOM ERP Software operates to provide scalable and single solution that seamlessly integrates all departments in a manufacturing business, offering a complete and concise visibility of their operation. Through its accounting functionality, real-time data enables instant access to financial status and comprehensive reporting is enabled because of configurable account charts. The production feature schedules job through the MRP tool directly and monitor accumulated hours for each job and present hours left and estimated completion.

Through its MRO functionality, preventative maintenance is scheduled to increase productivity and avoid machine failure. The sales feature posts real-time accounts receivable and general ledger, while the POS posts real-time transactions. For purchasing, built-in analyses and reporting tools are provided and vendor units are converted. It also has integrated scanning technology that manages warehousing processes, which is also capable of real-time posting.

The software also has formula management tools that allow changes in formulas that affect impact inventory, planning and production requirements. The labor tracking system automatically collects job posting data and payroll from the floor. The fully integrated CRM enables sales team to handles customers using tasks, workflows and opportunities. DEACOM can even create documents in MS Word using real-time data. Hazardous materials are calculated, along with compliance data to online safety data sheets. The business intelligence tools include dashboard reporting that also provides real-time access to operations for the benefit of management teams. The inventory functionality allows management of multiple warehouses and item costing from all facilities.
