DevSuite is an application lifecycle management software with roots in development & QA management. It is designed for teams to control and monitor all ALM processes; these include definition, testing, design, development, and deployment. In addition, the software supports an extension for the management of portfolios and projects.

Some of the key features of DevSuite are test library & execution, implementation tracking, workflow automation & standardization, and product planning. The software is developed by TechExcel, a computer software company with a workforce of over 60 employees. The company was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Lafayette, California, United States.

DevSuite pricing is based on four plans, which are DevTrack for KnowledgeWise, DevSpec for Requirements, DevTest with Jira Integration, and DevSuite for Total Traceability.

First, DevTrack for KnowledgeWise, which is ideal for agile, defect, & task management, is priced at $10 per user per month for the cloud package, $150 for a self-managed package (perpetual), or $120 for time expiring self-managed package. The plan includes Agile Scrum or Kanban, bulk/inline editing, and a full audit log.

Second, DevSpec for Requirements, which is designed for authoring, approving, and managing requirements, is priced at $20 per user per month for the cloud package, $600 for a self-managed package (perpetual), or $240 for time expiring self-managed package. The plan includes unlimited relationship hierarchy, MS Word Integration, and custom workflows.

Third, DevTest with Jira Integration, which provides testing Integrated with linked defects in Jira or DevTrack, is priced at $20 per user per month for the cloud package, $600 for a self-managed package (perpetual), or $240 for time expiring self-managed package. The plan includes map fields, release & cycle planning via wizards, and test case management & execution.

Lastly, DevSuite for Traceability, which is for utilizing the entire ALM suite from requirements to testing, is priced at $35 per user per month for the cloud package, $900 for a self-managed package (perpetual), or $420 for time expiring self-managed package. The plan includes a single unified ALM platform, traditional/agile implementation, and industry standards compliance.
