Dotloop is a cloud-based online transaction and task management solution designed for brokers, real estate, agents and teams. Some of its features include integrations, audit trail, chat and messaging, document management and transaction management.

The transaction management helps the user replace the e-sign, form creation, and transaction management. The user can help in secure electronic signatures for reals estate agents.

It can be operated from the desktop and mobile devices such as iOS and Android devices. It integrates with third-party apps including the accounting and CRM apps such as Boomtown, LONEWOLF, LionDesk, GoogleDrive and Loft47 and more.

Dotloop enables users to manage transactions, share, edit and e-sign real estate documents. It also offers storage, form editing compliance, and digital signatures features.

The reporting tool lets the users view their business performance. It supported platforms include a Web browser (OS agnostic), Mac OS, and Windows 10.
