Main features and functionalities

The electronic claims management system of the software is HIPPA certified and supervises such aspects as billing, scheduling, alerts and notifications, reminders, as well as document management. The software has the ability of pulling up multiple patient files without any need of undoing the previous activity, thus saving time and capital.

The software allows doctors to update the patient folders directly from the treatment rooms. Appointments and services of multiple patients can be simultaneously edited and patient-specific data is maintained at a centralized location form where it is easy to access for the staff.

ECLIPSE pricing is based on three version offerings, namely Standard for small chiropractic clinics, Plus for multiple-provider clinics, and Advanced for multiple-provider and multi-location chiropractic clinics. Additional users and databases cost $85 and $599 each, respectively, and other add-ons are also available.

ECLIPSE Standard pricing starts at a one-time fee of $1,995 that covers 30 days of subscription and a $69.33 monthly subscription fee. ECLIPSE Plus pricing starts at a one-time fee of $3295, covering a 30-day subscription and a $74.92 monthly fee. ECLIPSE Advanced pricing starts at a one-time fee of $3995, covering a 30-day subscription and an $83.25 monthly subscription fee.
