What is eHAT?

eHAT general practice is one stop EMR that cancapture complete patient health information thereby establishing and maintaining effective clinical workflows. The patient health information is available instantly and securely to the authorized users. The EMR uses SOAP method of documentation that helps doctor to create Subjective Objective Assessment Plan for the patient in digitalized format. Patient’s complete health information including the medical history, diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, immunization dates, allergies, radiology images, laboratory tests and their reports and results, all can be accessed from the EMR itself without having to browse through individual modules or multiple screens. The evidence based tools in the EMR helps providers make effective decisions about their patients.
