EMDECS is a fleet management and a cloud-based solution that caters for operators looking for fleet maintenance capabilities and repair shop management. For those looking for fleet management solutions, they can monitor inventory levels and view the warranty periods of the parts. For those users that are traveling technicians, this software includes a mobile repair order (RO) tool that is used to track roadside repairs.

The software features an RO screen that allows users to create invoices, generate technician repairs and create and print estimates. Operators can also view if the parts needed for jobs are at a different location or in-shop.

This tool offers integration with QuickBooks and also has an integrated accounting module. EMDECS, a product of Perfit Computer Systems, is an Ontario-based Canadian software.
