Enterprise 21 also offers a customer guarantee in the form of a money back software acceptance period during which if the customer is not happy the full licence fee will be refunded. Additionally the product is platform independent so customers can choose whatever server or ODBC compliant database they wish to operate on.

Finally the full source code of the application is provided on product purchase allowing the customer full control on how to manage and customize the application without the need of TGI if it so chooses. These options offer customers a great deal of flexibility and comfort with Enterprise 21.
