ePAC is both cloud-based and on-premise computer maintenance management software that provides solutions for client-server, web-based and mobile applications. ePAC is a reliable solution whose focus is both performance and preventive maintenance as it facilitates reliability in operations.

One of the key features of ePAC is the eased integration with the underlying ERP and financial systems of the organization. The software is also scalable, and so, it can be able to fit in a business of any size, from a single facility to multiple location businesses. ePAC is a software product of ePAC Software Technologies that was founded in 1998 in the United States. ePAC is ideal for any business size ranging from small to enterprise level.

This provides a clear picture of how well maintenance organizations are achieving their goals as well as where they might need to improve.

Main features and functionalities

EPac is designed to support both multi-site and multi-plant maintenance organizations. The inventory module in EPac covers multiple location storerooms with requisition forecasting, critical spare tracking, order to stock conversion as well as an assets bill of materials. Work Order management is focused on Reliability Centered Maintenance & Root Cause Analysis so that there can be automated requisitioning based on the Work Order.

There is also support for detailed Preventive Maintenance planning & scheduling to ensure down time is minimized. In addition Asset Management includes critical asset definition, asset tracking & asset hierarchy based on product rankings. Then there is Resource Management that includes employee skills definition, training & certification tracking as well as rates & productivity monitoring.

There are numerous standard reports in EPac available for review and KPI analysis, as well as an option for ad-hoc and user defined reporting. In addition the product supports access via web client or mobile device to allow real time flow of information between field personnel, plant employees, supervisors and managers. Finally the software is built on the Microsoft .Net technology platform that allows EPac to integrate with other third party software.
