  • Sales & service: ePass comes with a complete set of tools for managing both the Sales and Service divisions. When issuing a service ticket, this tool provides the ability to quickly locate the sales, warranty, and past service history of a customer which is crucial in any service objective of achieving as many complete first calls as possible.
  • Purchasing Tools: this feature enables the ability to quickly understand what is required for just-in-time ordering–customer fulfillment, reporting on min/max levels and what is required for stock, predicting POs to suppliers, and making smarter purchasing decisions based on past purchasing analyses.
  • Fully Integrated Accounting: ePASS includes all the receivables, payables, check printing, financials, and profit and loss statements of retailers.
  • Multi-Branch/Profit Center Setup: Retailers can set up and operate many branches with ease to generate precise profit and loss financial statements for each branch. Allow or restrict as much freedom as possible inside the branches based on departments, sales divisions, and the over 1400+ securities.
  • Tool Box: Copying, dividing, and merging bills, splitting histories, merging accounts, and other tools to make the process simpler. Notepads and audit trails are used to keep track of everything that happens with a transaction or job.
